yahoo! I finished the video. Please pardon any technical mistakes — this is the first “voice over” video I’ve ever done.
I learned this technique from Archivers, so I think it’s only fair to link up their online store for the inks and stamp:
Inks are HERE. Pick Wild Honey, Rusty Hinge, Fired Brick, Broken China and Peeled Paint.
The stamp is Large Blossom (linked directly to Hero Arts) and any watercolor paper will work. I couldn’t find either of these on the Archiver’s website. Truly, any paper will work, but regular paper will “pill” if you get it too wet.
Watercolor brush is HERE. You can also use a small paintbrush and water.
Glossy Accents is HERE. Crystal Effects by Stampin’ Up! will also work.

beautiful card and fabulous video. Thanks for sharing.
fabulous, am definitely going to have a go at this, have to see if I have a suitable stamp before I make any new purchases. Thanks so much for sharing.
I was wondering if one could use a copic? Or a watercolor penical?
Tootsie, I’m not sure that embossing powder “resists” Copics. You’d have to test it. Watercolor pencils would work wonderfully. Watercolor crayons would be wonderful too.,
ok…once again I’m off to Archivers. Love this technique. It’s been along time since I’ve done some coloring…need to break them out.
You did a beautiful job! Love the color choice.

I Just love you and this is my first time here! Beautiful work! You are awesome!! I believe I found a place!!
This technique is just fantastic and so is the card. Your generosity is sharing these freely with those of us that don’t have access to such classes is truly appreciated!!! I will be visiting your site often and am excited to browse the past posts and learn from you! Thank you so much!!!
Loved your tutorial – very professional on all levels. My first time
visiting – saw you at crafty planet. Thank you for taking your time to share. I’ll look forward to visiting your site. I saw the container you used for the embossing powder storage – are you able to let me know where I could purchase them?
Have a beautiful day!
Thanks
I got the embossing powder boxes at Archivers. They are made by Stampendous. I don’t beleive they are intended to store powders in, but they are such a good size for that!
