Thanks to all the players from last week — we had some beautiful cards submitted. Thank you to EVERYONE who participated and who voted!
Congrats goes out to Letrodctus. Unfortunately, her blog is in a foreign language (Ukrainian?) and even my Google Translator couldn’t tell me how we would say the name. It’s a beautiful blog — and I linked it through the picture below. Click it to find some mind-blowing inspiration. Bringing in 15 votes, Letrodectus (who Google says is Jan) won with this card, and is officially our
Card Of The Week
Love this!
New challenge: Thinking of You!
This week’s challenge is to create a “Thinking of You” card. Post a comment here, and I’ll add your card with a link to your blog to our voting. The winner will be announced next Wednesday, along with a new theme. Are you looking for certain ideas? Let me know with a comment here and I’ll let you name an upcoming challenge!
I thought I’d start the challenge with some inspiration to get you started. This is card was a quick card that I whipped up awhile ago. The “hey” was die cut from my Silhouette. I just welded the letters together, so you could do this with the Cricut too. In the background, there are large flowers embossed in cream. The mimic the pattern of the SEI patterned paper.
Need more? Here are some cards I’ve spotted around the blogosphere (if you can’t see this list, please click directly over to the site):
