Second, I'm at CHA! Yahoo! What a ball. I went straight from the airport to the hall and immediately started running into "pretend stamping friends". It's so fun to put voices to the names and faces. I was a little to overwhelmed to do a good job with the camera, so today's mission will be to take pictures of the new things that are coming out and to try to score video of any real cool demonstrations. There is a lot to cover…. I thought Archiver's was overwhelming!
One quick picture just to give you a taste — this is me (red shoes), Adela and Diana visiting the Hanna Stamps booth. Kristi (Hanna Stamps) is in the middle. Everyone I've met so far has been fantastic.
I would have fallen on my wallet at the Copic booth if they would have let me buy directly from them. Look at this — I colored this! Those markers make it so easy. Of course the whole imaginary light source gets in my way. Technically, there are strobe lights on this particular sample… oh well, we all start somewhere.
I saw Tim Holtz. I didn't get to talk to him, but I did get a good shot. I'll work on meeting him this week. Wouldn't it be great if I could get him to put a video up on PCP?!
