I’m on a major campaign to catch up my scrapbook pages for 2007 before 2008 actually gets here. It’s funny how your hobby can become an item on the "pain list". I have to get this done — it’s nagging me.
Here are some of the pages I knocked out this weekend:
Very easy layout. Title and journaling printed on whisper white card stock, cut to size and attached. Can’t get any easier. Lazy, lazy page.
This was actually the October workshop page, tweaked for personal use. I added the title from the Halloween DSP, and I also added the "boo". The "Boo" is popped up on dimensionals.
Truly hybrid page. I made letter sized collages in Adobe Elements, and added my journaling on top of one of the photographs. I printed the collages out, rounded the corners and glued them to 12×12 paper. I was going to do a border, but I actually really like the clean, crisp look of the layout, so I left if alone.
Another really easy page. My kids were in a magazine advertisement for a local festival. I just pasted in the magazine cover and their advertisement, added painted chipboard for the title and some doodled embellishments. The letters on the title and the star are jazzed up with stickles.
